This is not a claim that hosts already use the app. It is the job the app does: your photo, this room, staged options.
If a generated image goes on a listing or MLS, say it is virtually staged. Do not present it as a photograph of real furniture in the unit.
Photo redesign works on supported iPhones. A measured floor plan needs LiDAR (iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro models).
Makeover House is free to download. Free users browse styles and examples only. A Premium subscription is required to generate redesigns of your own room. There is no free trial.
