By downloading or using Makeover House, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Makeover House in line with the App Store terms and this agreement.
Use the app only on photos and spaces you own or have permission to redesign. Do not use it to harass, infringe others’ rights, or break the law. You are responsible for prompts and outputs you create and share.
Paid features are billed through your App Store account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
We may modify or discontinue features to improve security, compliance, or reliability. Where required, we will reflect material changes in this page or in-app notices.
The app is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific results from AI processing. Design previews are conceptual and may not match real-world products, measurements, or costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Active Outcome is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Makeover House.
