This policy describes how we handle information when you use Makeover House. Capitalized terms from the EULA apply where relevant.

We process device and app diagnostics (for example crashes and performance), purchase and subscription status from Apple, and content you choose to process in AI features.
Uploaded room photos are user content used to generate redesigns, floor-plan style views, and related previews. Photos may incidentally include people or personal belongings.
We also process style choices, prompt text (when you describe changes), and technical metadata needed to complete generation requests.
Room photos and related inputs are used only to provide the requested redesign or design preview, run abuse and safety checks, and troubleshoot failed generations.
We do not use your photos for advertising profiling, training AI models without consent, or any purpose beyond operating the app as described in this policy.
To provide AI generation, we transmit relevant request data to our backend and trusted third-party AI providers acting as processors on our behalf.
These processors are contractually required to protect data and process it only for service delivery, reliability, and safety operations. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own purposes.
Uploaded photos, prompts, and generation outputs are retained for up to 30 days, then deleted unless a longer period is required by law.
Subscription and purchase records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors required to operate the app and when required by law.
Users can decline photo processing by not proceeding with AI generation. Where shown, a consent or explanation dialog describes what data is sent, who receives it, and how long it is retained.
Users can request deletion of retained data by contacting support via the App Store product page. Reinstalling the app also resets any locally stored preferences.
Makeover House is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the app if you are below that age.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
