App: Memory Dive · Platform: Apple Vision Pro (visionOS) · Publisher: Active Outcome
Email support@activeoutcome.com with your visionOS version and a short description of the issue. Please do not send us your photos; we never need them.
I only shared some photos. Memory Dive works with the photos you choose. To add more, choose more photos from the Photos step, or change access in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.
A photo I don’t want to see appeared. Pinch Hide on it. It never appears in Memory Dive again. To bring hidden photos back, open the … menu in the gallery and choose Restore. Hiding never changes or deletes anything in your Photos library.
Some photos never show up. Screenshots and your Hidden album are never shown. When Memory Dive picks photos on its own, it also skips ones that look private, such as bedroom, bathroom or swimwear shots.
Photos look soft at first. If your library is optimized in iCloud, full-size versions download from Apple as you view them. A slow connection makes this take longer.
A place name is missing or wrong. Place names come from Apple Maps, using an approximate location for each area. Photos without location data have no place.
The motion is too much. Turn on Calm motion in the gallery or in a scene’s theme menu, or choose In your room from the view menu.
Older photos are sealed. Your most recent 12 months and the sample are always free. The one-time Every Year purchase opens every year of your library. Open Every year in the gallery to buy it or to restore it on another Apple Vision Pro. Family Sharing is included.
Memory Dive asked about hand tracking. It makes light react to your hands, wakes the control bar when you reach toward it, and lets you pick up a print in the Time Tunnel with a fingertip pinch. It is processed on the device. If you decline, everything still works with look and pinch.
Sounds are synthesized in the app. Place names: Apple Maps. Memory Dive uses system fonts.
