This policy describes how Supa Drum handles information on Apple Vision Pro.

1. Data We Collect

Supa Drum is designed to work locally on your device. We do not require an account and do not operate a Supa Drum backend that receives your hand or room sensor data.

Hand tracking — processed on-device so you can strike pads and pinch-drag drums or projectors.
World sensing / room mesh — processed on-device by ARKit/visionOS when you use hit projectors on real surfaces.
App preferences — kit layout and playback settings may be stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Data

On-device sensor data is used only to provide the drumming experience (hit detection, object placement, room projection, and loop playback).

We do not use your hand or room data for advertising, analytics profiling, or AI model training.

We do not sell personal information. Supa Drum does not transmit your hand tracking or room mesh to Active Outcome servers.

Apple may process purchase information when you buy the app through the App Store, under Apple’s own policies.

4. Retention

Local preferences remain on your device until you delete the app or clear that data in-app.

5. User Controls

You can deny hand tracking or world sensing in System Settings. Denying hand tracking prevents playing pads. Denying world sensing disables environment-mesh projection; the kit still works.

6. Children

Supa Drum is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region).

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
