This policy describes how we handle information when you use Roast My Space. Capitalized terms from the EULA apply where relevant.

We process device and app diagnostics (for example crashes and performance), purchase and subscription status from Apple, and content you choose to process in AI features.
Camera still frames and optional photo-library images are user content used to generate design roasts, fixes, reimagined stills, and product suggestions. Images may incidentally include people, screens, or personal belongings.
We also process mode choices (Roast / Fix / Shop), intensity preference, voice transcripts when you use speech, and technical metadata needed to complete analysis requests.
Microphone audio is used only for on-device speech recognition when you enable voice. We do not retain raw audio recordings for AI analysis.
Still frames and related inputs are used only to provide the requested roast, fix, reimagine, or shop suggestion; run abuse and safety checks (including on-device face/screen redaction where available); and troubleshoot failed requests.
Live camera preview is for display and AR placement only. We do not continuously stream video for AI analysis.
We do not use your images for advertising profiling, training AI models without consent, or any purpose beyond operating the app as described in this policy.
To provide AI analysis and reimagines, we transmit relevant request data (including extracted stills) to our backend and trusted third-party AI providers acting as processors on our behalf.
These processors are contractually required to protect data and process it only for service delivery, reliability, and safety operations. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own purposes.
Shop features may open external retailer or affiliate links. Those third-party sites have their own privacy practices.
Uploaded or extracted stills, prompts, and generation outputs are retained for up to 30 days, then deleted unless a longer period is required by law.
Subscription and purchase records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations. Local history on your device stays until you clear it or uninstall.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors required to operate the app and when required by law.
Users can decline AI processing by not capturing or sending frames. Camera, microphone, speech, and photo-library access are requested only when needed and can be revoked in iOS Settings.
Users can request deletion of retained data by contacting support via the App Store product page. Reinstalling the app also resets locally stored preferences.
Roast My Space is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the app if you are below that age.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
