This policy describes how Floorplan AI handles information on iPhone.

1. Data we collect

• Random user ID — stored on the device. RevenueCat uses it for subscription status.
• Purchases — Apple In-App Purchase records, processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
• Room scans and photos you create — RoomPlan meshes and photos you import stay on the device unless you share or save them.
• Apple Search Ads tokens — collected when the device provides them, for install attribution.
• App preferences — onboarding answers and saved-plan metadata stay on the device.

2. How we use data

We use this information to provide the scan, plan, save, share, and subscription features.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the Advertising Identifier for ads in this version.

Room photos and RoomPlan scans are not uploaded to Active Outcome servers.

3. Sharing

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes subscription status.

If you share a plan through the iOS share sheet, the destination you choose follows that service’s terms.

4. Retention

Plans stay in the app Documents folder until you delete them or remove the app.

5. User controls

You can deny camera or photo access in iOS Settings. Denying camera blocks live RoomPlan capture. Denying photo access blocks import and Save to Photos.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Subscriptions.

6. Children

Floorplan AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region).

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
