By downloading or using Floorplan AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

The free app lets you save one room scan, sample room, or floor-plan photo and view it on the device.

Premium is an auto-renewing Apple subscription. It unlocks unlimited saved plans, share, and Save to Photos.

Weekly Premium: product fp_premium_weekly_099. US list price $9.99 per week.
Yearly Premium: product fp_premium_yearly_7999. US list price $79.99 per year. This plan may include a 7-day free trial.
Apple charges your Apple ID when you confirm purchase.
The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Subscriptions.
Refunds follow Apple’s policies.

RoomPlan measurements depend on the room and the device. Treat sizes as a planning aid, not a survey.

Live room scan needs a LiDAR iPhone. Other iPhones can import a photo or open a sample room.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Floorplan AI in line with the App Store terms and this agreement.

Use the app only on spaces and photos you own or have permission to record.

The app is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or survey-grade measurements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Active Outcome is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Floorplan AI.
