This policy describes how Crystal Cave handles information on Apple Vision Pro.

1. Data We Collect

Crystal Cave does not collect personal data. It requires no account, contains no analytics or advertising, and does not send anything to Active Outcome servers.

• Hand tracking — processed on-device so you can touch and brush the crystals.
• World sensing / room surfaces — processed on-device by visionOS to find walls, floors, ceilings and tables so crystals can grow on them.
• Progress — the world you are in, your stage, and the worlds you have unlocked are stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Data

On-device sensor data is used only to run the experience: placing crystals in your room, detecting touches, and playing spatial sound.

We do not use your hand or room data for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information. Crystal Cave does not transmit hand tracking or room data off your device.

Apple may process download and rating information through the App Store under Apple’s own policies.

4. Retention

Local progress remains on your device until you choose “Start over” in the app or delete the app.

5. User Controls

You can deny Hand Tracking or World Sensing in Settings. Without World Sensing the cave cannot be placed in your room; without Hand Tracking you can still play by looking at a crystal and pinching.

6. Children

Crystal Cave does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
