This policy explains how we handle information when you use AI Video Moments.
We process purchase/subscription status from Apple, local generation history on your device, and content you choose to process in AI features.
Uploaded photos are user content used only to generate the requested AI video. Template prompts associated with your selection are also processed.
Selected photos and template prompts are used to create your video, run safety checks, and troubleshoot failed jobs. We do not use your photos for advertising profiling.
To generate videos, we transmit your selected photo(s) and template prompt through our secure proxy to Fal.ai / Kling (image-to-video), acting as processors on our behalf.
Before the first generation, the app asks for explicit permission and explains what is sent and who receives it.
Generation metadata may be stored locally on your device until you delete it. Provider-side temporary processing artifacts are retained only as needed to deliver the video and operate safety systems, then deleted according to provider and operational limits (typically within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law).
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors required to operate the app and when required by law.
You can decline processing by not generating. In the app you can delete individual generations or clear history. To withdraw consent for future processing or request deletion help, contact us via Support.
AI Video Moments is for adults (18+). Do not upload photos of minors. The app is not directed at children under 13.
