Ownership of Content: All images and videos generated using Ai Video are fully owned by you, the user. You retain complete ownership and rights over your creations.

Content Moderation: To maintain a safe and respectful environment, our app administrators reserve the right to preview and moderate content. This ensures that all generated media complies with our community guidelines and terms.

We do not collect personal information without your consent and ensure that your video creations are stored securely. Enjoy peace of mind while using our app to create and share your special moments.

4. Face Data Collection and Use

4.1 What Face Data Does the App Use?

We do not collect or store face data in a manner that links back to individual users. Instead, face data (i.e., images or video frames containing facial features) is temporarily processed solely for generating personalized AI-driven hug and kiss videos. Once your video is created, any residual face data is removed from our systems within a maximum of 48 hours.

4.2 Planned Uses of the Face Data

There are no additional plans for face data beyond real-time or near-real-time processing to generate the custom video. It is not used for reselling, marketing, or any other purpose.

4.3 How and Where Is Face Data Processed and Stored?

• Temporary Storage: The images or video frames you upload are temporarily stored on Cloudinary servers while your video is being generated. This data is retained only for the duration needed to process your request—up to 48 hours.
• Processing via fal.ai: Once uploaded, the necessary data is sent to fal.ai for image-to-video generation. The data shared with fal.ai is anonymized and not connected to any personal information or user identifiers. 4.4 Sharing of Face Data with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your face data with external third parties for independent use. The only sharing that occurs is strictly limited to our essential service providers (e.g., Cloudinary and fal.ai) needed to operate Ai Video. They are contractually required to handle your data securely and solely for the specific purpose of generating your requested video.

4.5 Data Retention

Face data is automatically deleted or anonymized within 48 hours after your video has been generated. If you delete your content or request deletion of your account before that timeframe elapses, we will remove the related face data immediately.
